I understand that, since Trinity Global Ministries and all entities under this Ministry operate as a Private Association it is protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee. Furthermore, I understand that direct dealings such as purchases, contracts, facility tours, participation, and information outside the scope of what is included in the website, etc. requires a full membership agreement.

We Believe

We believe in one eternal God who has revealed Himself as three co-equal and co-eternal Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:21–22; Matthew 28:19). We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again to provide salvation for all who believe (Philippians 2:5–8; Hebrews 4:15). We believe that every person must be born again through faith in Jesus Christ to receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life (John 3:3; John 1:12). We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, God-breathed Word of God and is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living (2 Timothy 3:16). We believe God is sovereign over all creation, and His authority reigns over heaven and earth according to His perfect will (Psalm 103:19; Psalm 135:5–6). We believe God created humanity in His image as male and female, and that our identity as male or female is part of His intentional design (Genesis 1:27; Mark 10:6). We believe marriage is God's sacred covenant between one man and one woman (1 Corinthians 6:9; Romans 1:27–28). We believe every human life is sacred from the moment of conception, created by God with purpose and value (Psalm 139:13–16; Jeremiah 1:5). We also believe that all people are created in the image of God and are equal in worth before Him, regardless of race, ethnicity, social status, or background, and should be treated with love, dignity, and respect (Galatians 3:28).

Equality vs Equity: The Lord, Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for all. No one person is above another.“There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28) We believe in equality. If a child needs a “hand up”, we give them that, but in doing so we do not sacrifice the child who is ahead in comparison. We don’t keep one person down to lift another up. All children learn differently and at a different pace. We come alongside and nurture each one of them. We should always strive to be better than we are today!

Our philosophy on educating children: Children are natural learners. Learning happens anywhere at any time and together, we can be the support system they need. Focusing on the whole child helps them grow into strong, confident adults. Children need to learn how to think not what to think. They deserve respect, education, care, security, and love. Some of the values we will instill in your child: respect, honor, integrity, love for their family and community. Children should think learning can be fun and engaging. Our goal is to make sure families feel supported, loved, and engaged in their child’s education. Creating a sense of community and connection is a priority for us. We exist to educate, strengthen, encourage, nurture, and build up families.

Association Membership: We Rise! Freedom Learning Center is a subset of Trinity Global Ministries. As such we operate as a Private Ministerial Association. We are exercising our rights under the constitution to Associate outside of government overreach. All parents, volunteers, and staff must become members of the Association to participate in the program. You are agreeing to not only what is contained in this manual but to all rules under the membership agreement. If you have not yet received information about what a PMA is, please let us know so that we may fully explain how a Private Ministerial Association operates. We believe that the Holy Scriptures, the US constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religions, free speech, petition, assembly and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our protected rights. We are exercising our right of “freedom of association”. Once your family is approved, parents/guardians will agree to terms by initialing each page of this manual and signing the Membership Agreement form. You are free to withdraw your membership at any time.

Our Non-profit Status: The ministry operates as a 508(c)(1)(a) non-profit ministry/church under the IRS code. The Ministry is tax exempt and can give tax deductible receipts for donations. Donations help struggling families give their children a better education. Setting a firm foundation for the children of our country should be top priority. They are our future leaders! Please share our Ministry with other like-minded friends and family.

We are dedicated to supporting families who are actively navigating their children's educational journey. Providing a nurturing and safe community where children not only have a safe environment to receive an education, but where they have the freedom to cultivate a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
